Objective 4 - Develop a skilled and responsive labour force
An increasingly competitive international market requires Auckland's workforce to have the right knowledge, skills and attitudes for continually adapting to changing requirements. Aligning training with business needs and better utilising all of Auckland's current and potential labour force's talents will boost the city-region's labour productivity. Achieving this will have a hugely positive effect on the entire domestic economy.
