Booking information

To avoid disappointment book at least 6 months before your visit. 

1. Select the programme that best suits your needs.
   Most programmes can be adapted or combined to suit individual school requirements.
   
   
2. Phone the appropriate environmental educator to check availability of dates (see table below).
   
   
3. Complete the booking form and email/fax to the relevant park.
   Either download it from the website or photocopy page 5 of the programme catalogue. Please note: SAVE the booking form before emailing.
   
4. Upon receipt of the booking form you will receive an acknowledgement by email.
   Phone calls are NOT a confirmation of booking.
   
   You will be invoiced for fees after your visit.
   Do not bring money to the park.
   
   
5. Cancellation procedures
   Due to high demand you need to give us 2 weeks notice if you wish to cancel your booking.
   We only cancel programmes in extreme weather conditions. In this event, you will be phoned
   before 8am on the morning of your visit. (please note that our environmental educators teach most days and can only contact you before school and after 3.00pm.)
