Booking information

1. Select the programme that best suits your needs.
2. Phone the educator to check availability of dates (details below).
3. Complete the booking form and post or fax to the relevant educator.
4. Upon receipt of the booking form you will receive a written acknowledgement. Phone calls are NOT a confirmation of a booking.
5. You will be invoiced for fees after your visit. Do not bring money to the park.

To avoid disappointment book at least 6 months before your visit.

Please remember - when contacting an educator, for bookings or to discuss your individual requirements, they teach most days and can only contact you before school and after 3pm.

Cancellation procedures

Due to high demand you need to give us 2 weeks notice if you wish to cancel your booking. We only cancel programmes in extreme weather conditions. In this event, you will be phoned by 8am on the morning of your visit.
