Change 10: natural hazards - now operative
Change 10 to the Auckland Regional Policy Statement (ARPS) became operative on the 29th October 2010. Change 10 amends the Auckland Regional Policy Statement (ARPS) to:
- provide clarity surrounding roles and responsibilities with respect to natural hazards management
- address a more comprehensive range of natural hazards and hazard management responses and
- update the legislative framework.

Now that ARPS change 10 is operative, former chapter 11, appendices A, C and D of the ARPS are replaced by the following:
