Change 11, Proposed Change 12 and Variation 2 - now operative

Change 11 and 12 to the Auckland Regional Policy Statement: Extension to the Metropolitan Urban Limits, Takanini became operative on 19th July 2010. It amends the ARPS by extending the Metropolitan Urban Limits in parts of Takanini.

In addition Variation 2 to the Proposed Auckland Regional Plan: Air, Land and Water (PARP: ALW): Extension to the Urban Air Quality Management Areas, Takanini became operative on 19th July 2010. It amends the PARP: ALW by extending the Urban Air Quality Management Areas in parts of Takanini.

Now that ARPS Change 11, 12 is operative, the former Sheet 20 and Sheet 21 of Map Series 1 are replaced by the following:
