Building consents: dams
More information
ARC does not have anyone in-house with expertise for dam building consents. We only prepare the project information memorandum (PIM) required for your dam building consent application.
If you want to discuss your dam building project or have general questions about dams, we recommend you read Environment Waikato's list of frequently asked questions or contact them via their website or phone 07 859 999.
The Department of Building and Housing can guide you regarding building law and compliance.
BRANZ Limited helps you with independent research and information about building and construction.
New Zealand Historic Places Trust recognises, promotes and protects New Zealand's historic and cultural heritage.
The Ministry of the Environment has a comprehensive guide to the Resource Management Act.
