Your new Auckland Council rates will replace your previous rates paid to the former Auckland Regional Council and your former local council.
This means that you will no longer need to make a separate payment for regional rates.
Auckland Regional Council rates payments
The Auckland Regional Council (ARC) rates payment service is no longer available.
If you had ARC rates due for the 2010/2011 rating year, the balance has been transferred to your Auckland Council rates and a penalty applied on 5 July 2011.
Payments should now be forwarded to the former local council where your property is located.

Solicitors and conveyancers
The former Auckland Regional Council's rates data service for registered solicitors and conveyancers is no longer available. From 1 July 2011 former ARC rates information will be supplied by the former local council office where the property is located.
