EIF 2007 recipients

In 2007 we allocated $500,310 to 212 applicants around the Auckland region.

Examples of projects funded in 2007 include waste reduction programmes, sustainable gardening, education nature trail, environmental awareness workshops, environmental newsletters, native forest restoration, native plant propagation, animal and plant pest control, dune restoration, erosion control, riparian and wetland fencing, sustainable living event, restoration of historic buildings and urupa protection.

The 2007 EIF round received sponsorship from Honda. The Honda Tree Fund contributed over $130,000 to support the planting of native trees.
