The Auckland Regional Council Parks network was established in 1965 and is made up of 26 different parks, covering more than 40,000 hectares of land with recreational, historic and ecological value. Access to all our parks is free of charge.

Auckland Regional Parks provide opportunities for walks, swimming, camping, farm experiences and plenty more. You could find yourself enjoying a secluded picnic spot, kayaking through pristine waters, mountain biking through forest, or discovering beautiful historic buildings.
This 45 minute walk is pram and wheelchair accessible. A great way for the kids to get to know the farm animals at Ambury.
November sees the return of Pearl Jam to NZ, playing Mt Smart on 27 November.
