Moonlight Bach consists of two separate buildings - the main bach and a sleepout behind.
Bedrooms: One bedroom in main bach with double bed and sleep out containing two sets of bunks.
Bathroom: The bach and sleepout each have a shower and toilet.
Kitchenette: with fridge/freezer, stove, toaster, jug, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery provided.
Power supply: Standard domestic supply
Water: Treated, potable bore water.
Heating: electric column heaters provided.
Rubbish: Moonlight Bach has a bin, please use the rubbish bags provided and place rubbish bags in the wheelie bin outside the bach.
You need to supply: Bed linen, blankets, duvets, sleeping bags, additional pillows, towels, tea towels, food, personal items etc.
Day Visitors:
Day visitor times are restricted to park entrance gate opening hours.
No visitor vehicle access to the bach or beach.
All visitor's vehicles MUST park in the public parking areas and walk to the bach.
Visitor numbers are restricted: Maximum number of persons (booked and visitors) is not to exceed 12 persons. (Double the maximum permitted sleeping capacity of the bach.)
Vehicle access rules and conditions:
Maximum of two vehicles per booked permit allowed to park at the Bach.
No visitor's vehicles allowed.
Due to steepness of the gravel access road to the Bach site, all trailers including boat trailers are prohibited.
- Vehicles may have difficulty exiting the steep road from the Homestead to the sealed park access road with heavy loads. Please avoid losing traction/skidding car wheels as this will loosen and dig holes in the road surface.
- Trailers: All trailers are prohibited.
- Boat trailers: All boat trailers are prohibited.
The bach access road is part the public walking, mountain bike track system and picnic area.
For the safety of children and others please drive with care.
Only persons with the appropriate FULL or RESTRICTED driving licence are permitted to drive vehicles in the area.
Maximum vehicle speed 10kms
Strictly no vehicles on the beach.
Park Rangers have the authority, if access rules and conditions are no followed to:
- Limit all vehicle access to the car park.
- Have vehicles removed from the beach, bach grounds and or picnic area.
- Prohibit any individual/s in the group vehicle access.
- Terminate the permit at any time.
Parking:
Maximum of two vehicles are allowed to park at the bach.
Vehicles must park behind the bach to minimize visual impact on other park users, or park as directed by the park ranger.
All other Vehicles must park in the public car park
Prohibited Activities:
Open fires - are prohibited at all times on all park land and adjacent beaches.
Candles and smoking are prohibited in the bach.
Dogs and all other pets/animals - are prohibited at all times from the bach and grounds/surrounding area. The same rules and conditions apply for the whole park refer

Other modes of accommodation - Tents, campervans, caravans or any other mode of accommodation, is prohibited at all times in the bach grounds/surrounding area. People must sleep in the bach and not exceed six persons.
