Bedrooms: Three bedrooms; one with a double bed, and two with two single beds in each.
Bathroom: Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Kitchen: with fridge/freezer, stove, toaster, kettle, pots/pans, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery provided.
Power supply: Standard domestic power supply, electric oil column heaters provided.
Water: Town water supply, potable.
Heating: Electric oil column heaters provided
Rubbish: Wenderholm beach house has a bin, please use the rubbish bags provided and place rubbish bags in the wheelie bin outside the bach.
You need to supply: Bed linen, blankets, duvets, sleeping bags, additional pillows, towels, tea towels, food, personal items etc.
Boat launching: boat launching facilities available at the park – launching recommended up to 3 hours either side of high tide. Please note no large or heavy trailers/boats are permitted at the bach.
Day Visitors:
Day visitor times are restricted to Wenderholm Regional Park entrance gate opening hours.
No visitor vehicle access to the bach or beach.
For public visitor safety All visitor's vehicles MUST park in the public parking areas and walk to the bach.
Visitor numbers are restricted: Maximum number of persons (booked and day visitors) is not to exceed 12 persons. (Double the maximum permitted sleeping capacity of the bach.)
Vehicle access rules and conditions:
The bach access route is part of the main public picnicking and playing area which can be very busy with park visitors on peak days.
Vehicle access restrictions may apply for park visitor safety reasons.

The park Duty Ranger may restrict vehicle access times if there are concerns for visitor safety along the access route to the bach.

The park Duty Ranger will advise the permit holder of any restrictions on the day, or during their stay. Refer to Permit Code and Conditions for vehicle access restrictions, process and details.

During any restrictions permit holders may be requested to park in the main car park and walk to the bach.

For the safety of children and others please drive with care and follow the rules and conditions below.
Access to the bach is marked by white posts with a green brand, clearly indicating the route.
The access route to and from the bach is the only area of the park you are permitted to drive in.

Duty Ranger may direct to alternative route if ground conditions become difficult.

Only persons with the appropriate FULL or RESTRICTED driving licence are permitted to drive vehicles in the area

Maximum vehicle speed 10kms

Please minimise vehicle trips in and out of the picnic area. Vehicles should go to and remain at the bach until departure.

Vehicles are prohibited from transporting day visitors from their vehicles in the car park, to and from the bach. Visitors must walk from the car park to and from the bach.
Maximum of 2 vehicles per booked permit allowed to park at the bach.
Excess vehicles must park in the public car park.
No visitor's vehicles allowed.
No large or heavy trailers/ boats are permitted.
Strictly no vehicles on the beach.
Park Rangers have the authority, if access rules and conditions are not followed to;

Limit vehicle access to the car park.

Have vehicles removed from the bach and or picnic area.

Prohibit any individual/s in the group vehicle access.

Terminate the permit at any time.
Parking:
For public safety parking is limited to 2 vehicles at the bach.
Vehicles must park through the wooden gates in the bach grounds.
All other Vehicles must park in the public car park.
Prohibited Activities:
Open fires - are prohibited at all times on all park land and adjacent beaches
Candles and smoking are prohibited in the bach.
Dogs, pets & animals - are prohibited at all times from the bach and grounds/surrounding area. On the park land and adjacent beaches, Wenderholm Regional Park dog, pets and animals rules and conditions apply refer to Wenderholm Conservation for details.
Other modes of accommodation - Tents, campervans, caravans or any other mode of accommodation is prohibited at all times in the bach grounds surrounding area. Permit holders must sleep in the bach and not exceed 6 people.
