Long-term council community plan 2006-16
The Long-Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) 2006-16 is a ten year plan that identifies the role that the ARC will play in achieving a sustainable, liveable and prosperous region.
LTTCP AmendmentsLegislation provides for a Council's LTCCP to be amended at any time to reflect changing priorities or new challenges that the Council faces within the period covered by its ten year plan. The ARC ‘s LTCCP 2006-16 has been amended in year two (2007/08) and year three (2008/09) to reflect changes to revenue & finance policies (LTCCP Chapter 6), other polices (LTCCP Chapter 7), and its financial information (LTCCP Chapter 4).
