Change 9: Reference to the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park Act 2000 - Operative 23 June 2008

Change 9 amended the Auckland Regional Policy Statement by inserting references to the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park Act 2000 into:

• Chapter 1 - Introduction
• Chapter 3 - Matters of Significance to Iwi
• Chapter 7 - Coastal Environment
• Chapter 8 - Water Quality
• Appendix C - Legislation dealing with Resource Management.

Change 9 became operative on 23 June 2008 and the Auckland Regional Policy Statement was updated accordingly.
