Change 17 and Variation 7: MUL Shift – now operative

Change 17 to the Auckland Regional Policy Statement (ARPS) became operative on 17 November 2011. It amends the ARPS by extending the Metropolitan Urban Limits at Hatfields Beach.

In addition Variation 7 to the proposed Auckland Regional Plan: Air, Land and Water (ARP:ALW) became operative on 17 November 2011. It amends the ARP:ALW by extending the Urban Air Quality Management Area at Hatfields Beach.

Change 17 also amends Auckland Council District Plan (Rodney Section) Planning Map 71.

Now that ARPS Change 17 is operative, the former Sheet 1 of Map Series 1 is replaced by the following:

In addition, now that Variation 7 to the ARP:ALW is operative, former sheet 16 of Map Series 1 and former sheet 20 from Map Series 1a are replaced by the following:

Map 71 to the Auckland Council District Plan (Rodney Section) is also replaced by the following:
